  • Art therapy -  60 ECTS training program on Master level at Oslo Metropolitan University. 
    ​Applicants for Art therapy training must have Bachelor's degree in either health, social work or education, plus two years of relevant practice.
  • Expressive arts: 75 (60) ECTS training program. Private institute in collaboration with Buskerud University College for Master’s program. Fairly similar entry requirements.
No state recognition.
Art therapy is conducted in a variety of settings:
  • In mental health,
  • with pupils with special needs,
  • with refugees,
  • with people in prisons,
  • with the elderly,
  • with cancer patients.
Some articles in Norwegian journals.
